Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Apps developed by Appaloosa Group, LLC and sold via Paddle.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all transactions. All payments, refunds, and billing matters are processed by Paddle.

1. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

2. Digital Product Usage

By purchasing and accessing the App, you acknowledge that the digital product is made available immediately.

Once the App has been accessed, downloaded, or used, you waive any right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Refunds for subscriptions are only available if requested within 14 days of the initial transaction or first subscription payment.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Renewals

  • Subsequent subscription payments

  • Partial billing periods

4. Defective or Non-Functional Products

If the App is not as described or fails to function as intended, you must first contact Appaloosa Group, LLC for support.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund through Paddle within the 14-day refund period.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 14 days

  • Products that have been accessed, downloaded, or used

  • Subscription renewals or repeat billing cycles

  • Partial use of a subscription period

6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted through Paddle:

  • Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your confirmation email

  • Use the support link in your billing page

  • Visit: https://paddle.net

  • Your transaction ID or Paddle receipt

  • The App name

7. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated at any time.

The version in effect at the time of your transaction applies.
